Direct Placement
The direct placement service allows a client to receive a pool of resumes and candidate recommendations. The client will examine the resumes and evaluate the recommendation from our company to obtain the correct candidate. The candidate will then go through the interview process with the client, and the decision for employment will be made.

Temp-to-Perm Placement
The temp-to-perm service allows a company the opportunity to find the right employee and eliminate the costs of a "bad hire." We will locate, screen and interview a candidate before presenting them to the client for evaluation.
Our screening process includes a review of the resume, verifying references, a background check and a certified drug test. Once the candidate is presented, the client is able to evaluate the potential employee's abilities, for a set amount of time, before committing to a permanent placement.
